Rules and Policies

1. 1. KYC verification is mandatory in the application (Crib Tenant) on the day of joining.
2. 2. First month's rent and advance must be paid on the day of joining.
3. 3. Fees should be paid before the 5th or on your bill cycle of every month.
4. 4. Rs. 500 (Non AC) / 2,500 (AC) will be deducted from advance for maintenance and registration.
5. 5. Paid advance amount will not be returned if you don’t want to join the PG.
6. 6. Paid fees amount will not be refunded for any reason.
7. 7. Caution deposit will be refunded only on the day of vacating; it will not be adjusted against rent.
8. 8. The hostel management is not responsible for your belongings.
9. 9. You must inform hostel management if you are going to your hometown or out of station.
10. 10. If you want to vacate the room, you must “initiate notice” in your mobile application (Crib Tenant) 30 days prior. Failure to do so will forfeit the advance amount.
11. 11. Locks and keys must be handled with care. If any damage is found upon vacating, the advance amount will not be returned.
12. 12. Switch off fans and lights whenever not in use.
13. 13. Do not waste water.
14. 14. Keep your rooms and beds tidy and clean.
15. 15. Use washrooms properly, and keep them tidy and clean.
16. 16. Do not hang wet clothes inside the room.
17. 17. Do not lock any room while leaving the premises.
18. 18. Iron boxes and water heaters are prohibited.
19. 19. Indoor slippers are not allowed.
20. 20. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. If it comes to our attention, the guest will be sent out without prior notice or refund.
21. 21. Do not waste food. Take only what you will eat.
22. 22. The gate must be closed whenever entering or exiting.
23. 23. Park bikes properly without blocking others' pathways.
24. 24. Visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
